There are a few solutions in this market space with call process redundancy. None do it like the VCX Connect. Not only do you get full call process redundancy but the messaging system is also fully redundant , with continuous updates between chassis. And it's affordable! Global Directory for Multiple Systems
You can connect multiple VCX Connect systems and have all users in one global directory. Furthermore, you can configure global voicemail services for VCX Connect systems. One VCX Connect server acts as the Global Voicemail Central Server to provide voicemail services for users on multiple VCX Connect sites. Many PBXs allow you to dial between multiple chassis. This takes it much, much further.
